Josephine Quilt by Penelope Handmade. “A fun quilt for beginners and any quilter who loves a twist on the Log Cabin quilt. Pick nine fat quarters and two accent fabrics and you will be on your way to creating a cozy sized quilt.” In class students will learn about the tools – using a rotary cutter and rulers; the terms – fat quarter, nesting seams, piecing blocks, making flying geese and the sewing – 1⁄4 inch seams and will discuss straight line machine quilting. Class preparation will be emailed at registration. Class skips Thursday, 11/26, Thanksgiving.
