DESCRIPTION:Learn to needle felt while making your own sitting Chickadee (about 5” long\, without legs) to display. Basic wool sculpting techniques\, including wrapping and shaping\, blending colors\, and surface felting will be covered. Learn about basic tools\, felting surfaces\, gauges of needles and their best uses\, and types of wool best suited for needle felting. Please call to register for class. Ticket system is not working for this class.  \nMaterials fee: $30 for supplies and tools\, payable to instructor.\nNOTE: $30 for supplies includes a $20 Bird Supply Pack with all the wool\, wire\, and other materials needed AND an optional $10 Tool Kit for beginners\, which includes sample needles and foam felting surface\, if needed. \n
